Credit
Credit terms are available for approved accounts. On all new accounts we require three credit references and the bank you do business with: otherwise shipments will be made COD Open terms are net 30 days. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cars are accepted.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless other service is requested. Banner Stand Boxes dimensioned to 48" l x 15"w x 5"h are oversized and additional charges apply. FOB Brooklyn, New York. Motor freight is used for larger quantity shipments packed on skids.

All shipments are bulk packed unless otherwise requested. Custom packaging available on request - Call for pricing
Orders
Orders may be placed by mail or by fax machine on your company letterhead or on your purchase order. Prices are based on costs and conditions existing on date of quotation and are subject to change by seller before final acceptance.
Return Policy
Call for authorization to return parts within 30 days date of invoice. There is a restocking charge of 20%. Customer pays freight both ways for parts returned . Any change or alteration to parts nulls the warranty. Returns apply only to standard stock Pinquist Tool & Die Company Inc. inventory items and not to special parts made to customer specification. No returns, stock items or specials, will be accepted past 30 days date of invoice. No items will be accepted without a Pinquist Tool and Die Company Inc. approval number.
Limited Warranty
All Pinquist Tool & Die Company Inc. Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Any item found defective will be replaced provided we are notified 30 days upon date of invoice. The customer will pay for all shipping cost for returnable items. All defective items must be returned to us for examination. Our liability for any item shall not exceed the replacement cost to us. Damages caused by normal "wear and tear" are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is void unless customer inspects the products when received and notifies Pinquist Tool and Die Company Inc. of any defects.
